this place rocks, plenty of shade, lots of fun stuff and powerfull A/C

This property was a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool table, pool, jacuzzi, and many other amenities!

A quiet get away, greeted by touches of home from a welcome note, slippers and robes to name a few. The pool was the highlight of our stay, to safely allow our children to play and enjoy being outside in the summer heat was priceless. Thank you!

If you are looking to rent in the Willow or Roosevelt Districts, this is the perfect place. The home has the been nicely updated but still maintains the charming charter of its construction era. Three full bathrooms is a major bonus. We had a little trouble with the AC at the start of our stay, but within an hour or two of notifying Shawn someone was at the house to help. Shawn and his team continued to check in throughout the stay to make sure all was well with the AC. Excellent house and great host. I will definitely be renting this house the next time I am on Phoenix.

If you are looking for an amazing place to stay near the heart of downtown Phoenix, look no further! The house is awesome, not to mention the mini oasis that is the backyard. The backyard makes it feel like you are not smack dab in the middle of a huge city. The house is super spacious. The beds are super comfortable. The neighborhood is great! The best part of this stay was the host. Shawn is super accommodating! I am definitely booking again when I visit Phoenix.

Shawn and company have fantastic customer service, I would rent from him again! The house is a great location that can comfortably host 3 couples- we were able to go to the diamondbacks game and brunch spots with a quick Uber ride. The kitchen was great for cooking and had a wonderful stove. We were greeted with a small gift and hand written note. We had a snafu with the pool and messaged Shawn on the app- within an hour someone was able to come out and help us, then the pool got right up and running!

AMAZING property and wonderful hosts!! Super accommodating and responsive! There was plenty of room for our party (2 families) to hang out in the house, and a huge backyard! The house was very modern/stylish and super clean. The kids loved the movie room & pool. Will DEFINITELY stay here from now on when we visit Phoenix. Def recommend - great value!!

Thank you Shawn for making our trip to Arizona so perfect! The house had all we needed/wanted, you were quick to answer any questions we had, it was loaded with thoughful touches like a welcome gift, hand written note, and all the conveniences to get us started on our vacation. The salt water pool/spa were simply Am-maz-ing! Very kid friendly, locked gate, life jackets, adorable seating area complete with fire pit an heater for the chilly evenings! Swingset an toys for the kids too! Perfect location close to shopping food and airport but not a busy part of town. All in all I cant think of a thing id change and hope to stay again when we need some sunshine and saltwater! Thanks again! Andrea Wirtanen

10 stars out of 10 amazing. Super clean, stylishly appointed, beautiful and family friendly space. We loved and will def return could not have asked for a better get away. Only regret is we didn't book longer!

THE HOUSE Spacious and beautifully-designed house that helped make our NYE celebration a blast. As a group of 11, we had plenty of space for dining in the kitchen, lounging in a living room with a large projector screen and surround sound system. We enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi with outdoor sofa. Everything was very clean and all our needs were met without having to reach out to the host for requests. THE NEIGHBORHOOD Quiet area with friendly and helpful neighbors. Only 10 minutes away from PHX Airport. Very close to the highway and conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores. THE HOST Shawn is an amazing host. He went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. From the moment we made the reservation, he was helpful and transparent in every way possible. He communicated the types of services that would be available to us besides the basics such as groceries in the fridge, tennis, chef, massage services and more. He was prompt in his responses during the times that we reached out to him. Highly recommend! Thank you, Shawn!!!
